Q: Is this app/extension safe?
A: Very safe. We do not store or process any of your data, unless you willingly and purposely want us to. The extension itself does not collect ANY data about you or your Roblox account. When you activate the extension, it might say that it has access to see certain parts of your information. This is the same prompt that is shown while activating ANY Safari extension, and it does not say what the extension actually does use.
Q: The extension wont work, what do I do?

Q: How do you use multiple hair?
A: While this feature is expected it work, it might not always do so. Roblox has removed the ability for people to do this, and extensions now need to do complicated workarounds to make it work. Roblox can at any time remove the remaining functionatlity making this possible. For now it should work. Simply go to the Roblox website, then navigate to Avatar and find the button for Multiple Hair.
Q: I don't see the settings menu in RoGold?
A: Go to mobile view mode. If you have requested the desktop website, it will not show.
